Life360 is a family safety platform that provides location sharing, crash detection, and other safety features. Its moat is the network effect within family 'circles'; as more family members join, the service becomes more valuable and harder to leave. The growth driver is the bundling of new services (Tile item tracking, digital safety) and international expansion. The investment thesis is that Life360 can become the central subscription for modern family safety and coordination.
